wide variety food variety helpful staff

The main restaurant included a wide variety of food. The waiters were always helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The Wi-Fi was slow and often cut out. I had to go to the reception to resolve connectivity problems. Reception offered no help.

the mazouka restaurant was excellent it had clean facilities and very tidy areas the staff were superb i had dinner in the fish restaurant as a treat for my wife's birthday it was very good too

the air conditioning in the room was very loud the beds were uncomfortable the access to the beach is too narrow i found it difficult to get to the sea easily

I found the restaurant food offered excellent variety. The buffet included many choices. i liked the fresh juices every morning. the staff provided awesome service everywhere.

the wi-fi was slow! it often cut out, it was a bit annoying.

fantastic stay with attentive service

easy access shallow waters friendly staff clean pools

i really enjoyed the direct beach access with the added stairs for easy entry into the shallow waters. the staff was quick and friendly making dining more enjoyable. i found the pools well kept and very clean i liked the improvements since my first visit.

the air conditioning in the room was quite loud it made it a little difficult to sleep at times.
